If a warranty event occurs in Russia or the EAEU countries, it is possible to deliver faulty products for repair by own company means, so after repair a return is also provided. The delivery procedure, type delivery and delivery company are agreed individually.
In case of an abnormal situation or if you need help after the end of the warranty period, we will also be happy to help you. In each case we make every possible effort to help you and ensure the operation of our products.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of sale. Estimated service life is 5 years.
The manufacturer guarantees the product conformity to the specifications declared, if the consumer strictly follows the operating, transportation, and storage standards specified in the operating manual.
In case of malfunctions recognized as a warranty event, the manufacturer performs product repair or replace it at our discretion.
The decision to recognize the case as a warranty is made by the manufacturer after conducting its own expertise. For the duration of the repair, if the case is recognized as a warranty, the warranty will be extended.
The warranty does not apply in cases of non-compliance with the rules of operation, if mechanical damage is detected, if unauthorized interference is detected (disassembly, modification of the structure, attempts to repair).
WARRANTY OUTSIDE OF RUSSIA
Delivery of products for export is carried out in the form of "As It Is". Products meet the mandatory requirements of the Russian Federation (products have mandatory EAC certification). The product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. Especially for export deliveries, there is a free consultation program for support and remote support in case of questions or malfunctions. Our specialists will do the best to resolve problems remotely. If remote assistance is not possible, delivery to Russia for diagnostics and repair (or replacement) is paid by the buyer. Delivery of our products after warranty repairs is also paid by the customer.
